buildEIP712Payload(methodName, dto): object

Completes a DTO's fields for EIP-712 signing (a no-op for methods with no known gap, e.g. RequestTrade) and derives its types. Exported separately from the signing call itself so tests can assert on the exact payload without needing a live provider.
