The exact string GalaChain hashes for a DTO: the (optional, string) prefix field PREPENDED to
the deterministic serialization of the DTO WITHOUT signature, multisig, trace and prefix.
Equivalent to @gala-chain/api 3.x getPayloadToSign for every non-EIP-712 DTO.
