resolveUniqueKeyPrefix(prefix): string

Validates a caller-supplied uniqueKey prefix. The whole key (<prefix><uuid>) must stay a valid apply-results key, otherwise confirm() could never read the outcome of the write.

GalaSDKError INVALID_UNIQUE_KEY_PREFIX when the prefix has characters outside A-Za-z0-9._:- or is longer than 92 characters.
