signChainDtoHash(privateKey, prefix, message): string

The personal-sign hash primitive (wallet signChainDtoHash): keccak256(prefix + message), both verbatim, with no further EIP-191 wrap. message must be the DTO's serialization WITHOUT its prefix field; callers holding a dApp-supplied string go through signChainDtoPersonalSign, which derives both inputs from it.
