signSerializedNative(privateKey, serializedDto): string

GalaChain NATIVE signature over an already-serialized DTO: keccak256 of the exact bytes, with no prefix and no signature envelope. The caller owns serialization, so the bytes shown to a user and the bytes signed can never diverge.
