omitHeaders?	readonly string[]	Request headers NOT to hand to axios, matched case-insensitively. Default ['content-type']: axios derives Content-Type: application/json from the object body it is given, and an interceptor may set its own, so the SDK's copy would only be a second opinion.
rejectOnHttpError	boolean	true: leave axios' default status validation alone, so a 4xx/5xx REJECTS through the instance's own interceptors and the SDK rethrows what the app's error handling produced. false: every HTTP status resolves, so the SDK classifies it itself (shadow submits, apply-results reads); transport failures still reject.
