const fetchRequestor: HttpRequestor

The default requestor: the global fetch, with a failure before any answer (offline, DNS, CORS) coded as TRANSPORT_ERROR and the original error kept as cause. An aborted request is left to requestWithTimeout, which knows whether the timeout or the caller aborted it. A requestor the app supplies is not wrapped: its rejection reaches the caller unchanged.
