isProposableTradingSymbol(symbol): boolean

True when symbol is acceptable to propose into the trading-symbol registry: ASCII letters and digits only, 1 to 32 characters, and not a reserved word (Token, Unit, none) — the rules the chain gateway enforces on a CreatePool symbol.
