Interface: DexFeeQuote
The backend's response. It ALWAYS carries a usable fees[0].feeInGala: the backend decides what
to serve when the chain cannot price the operation, so the client never invents a fee.
source is informational: 'dry-run' is simulated on chain and authoritative (possibly a
legitimate '0'), 'default' means the chain could not price it and the platform default was
served.
