Interface: TokenResolver

What the services need from a token resolver: how a token reference becomes a trading symbol, and whether requests carry the caller's references untouched. Symbols is the registry resolver (one GET /v2/trade/symbols, cached); CanonicalSymbols is the offline one.

passthrough?	readonly	boolean	True when reads send the caller's token references verbatim (a symbol, or a composite key as the caller wrote it) and let the backend resolve and orient the pair — no registry request and no client-side ordering or tick flip.
