The normalized outcome of a shadow RequestTrade (a dark swap). A success (ok: true) ALWAYS carries queued, the exact key the gateway acknowledged: a RequestTrade answer that does not queue the signed key is not an outcome but a thrown SHADOW_NOT_QUEUED. So after if (outcome.ok) the app reads outcome.queued with no undefined branch.
