Service for batching and flushing events to the backend

Usage:

const batcher = new EventsBatcherService(httpClient, {
  batchSize: 20,
  flushIntervalMs: 3000
});

batcher.track('token_buy', { tokenName: 'PEPE', amount: '100' });
await batcher.flush(); // Manual flush
