The spelling the launchpad backend takes in query parameters, paths and bodies. The backend
normalizes every user address it receives to its canonical form (lower case, eth| or client|
prefix, no 0x; normalizeAddress of launchpad-backend-service-v3) and stores and compares
that form, so this is userRef (every spelling the chain accepts, a wrong checksum
refused) lower-cased: the backend's own canonical form, which it accepts on every route.
