A bundle submitted earlier (by this page before a reload, say) to confirm again: what
sdk.launchpad.attach takes. bundleId, method and uniqueKey are the submission's
(BundleSubmission.bundleId / .method / .uniqueKey); tokenName is the sale's token name
and is required for CreateSale, which is confirmed by that token existing.
