Receipt from a successful gateway TransferToken (GALA or launchpad token).

Named to avoid clashing with WebSocket-confirmed TransferResult in result.types. Prefer gateway response headers over JSON body:

• transactionId from x-transaction-id (Chainmeter / explorer hash)
• blockNumber from x-block-number when present

uniqueKey is request-only and is not echoed by the gateway — store it yourself if you need idempotency correlation.
