The launchpad backend's health check (GET /health, public). Critical dependencies (database,
redis, mux) fail the whole request with HTTP 503 (the SDK throws a NetworkError carrying the
backend's answer); the optional ones (rabbitmq, galachain_query, galachain_launchpad) report
down here without failing it.
