A message of a list, as GET /v1/messages sends it

The one item type of fetchMessages, getComments and getChatMessages (chat messages and comments alike: the list does not say which it is, ask for one type). launchpad-backend queryPublicMessagesUnified builds it; it carries no type, holderTier or isPinned, and its id is the message id string (messageId, the same value), not a number.
