WebSocket event: stream_reaction

Broadcast to all viewers when a user sends an emoji reaction. Reactions are ephemeral - not persisted to database.

`streamTime`	`number`	Stream timecode when reaction was sent (seconds from stream start)
`timestamp`	`number`	Server timestamp when reaction was sent (ms since epoch)

`userAddress?`	`string`	Sender's wallet address (optional for privacy)
