Token ban response with pool metadata

Extended token ban data that includes pool information for display purposes. This type mirrors the backend TokenBanResponseData structure exactly:

• Includes full pool metadata (symbol, image, creatorAddress)
• Used by list/get ban endpoints for enriched display data
