Unified token config update emitted to token room + global feed. Fired by PATCH /v1/tokens/:tokenName when any config field changes. Contains only the changed fields (delta payload).

Individual events (STREAM_COUNTDOWN_UPDATED, STREAM_LANGUAGE_UPDATED, POOL_SOCIAL_LINKS_UPDATED) still fire for backward compatibility — this provides a single event for global feed consumers.
